The Amazing Shiba Kuukaku

[Choosing to distance herself from the party on the beach, Kuukaku sat barefoot on the fireworks platform that was nearly complete; all that was missing was constructing the barrel and spells for the launching sequences. She has a bottle of sake and two saucers--one meant for her brother's tribute as usual--, a lantern with a brightly burning candle beside her and she's writing her final notes for the completion of the cannon in the ledger in her lap. Despite the numerous delays from the less than desirable events in Wonderland, Kuukaku is pleased that one of her inventions from home is working. The tests with the material for the barrel--supplied by the suspicious closets--turned out well despite her misgivings and she was ready to start finishing up her project tomorrow.

But for now, she'll stay outside while the weather was nice in the evening and despite the noise coming from the beach party... she'll just happily sip at her sake as she finalizes her plans for this week.]
